Florida Coordinators was founded in 2022 by Marcia and Hearlow Francis with a clear vision: to build an agency where expertise and genuine compassion work hand-in-hand. With a combined 19 years of experience as Waiver Support Coordinators, we don't just manage cases—we build lasting partnerships.
Our Founders' Commitment
Marcia (10 years as a WSC) and Hearlow (9 years as a WSC) have dedicated their entire careers to serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Their journey began long before founding this agency, working directly with clients in the Central Florida region. Throughout their careers, they have successfully supported over 120 individuals and families on the iBudget Waiver, with some client relationships spanning the entire decade—a testament to their unwavering dedication and trustworthiness.
